Christi Zylstra
Christi Zylstra leads Business Development at Tactical Physio. She coordinates the hosts, contracts, schedules, and partnerships that bring Tactical Physio courses to clinics and universities across the country, and she is often the first person a host or registrant talks to.
Her background in teaching and administration shapes how she works: clear communication, organized details, and a genuine care for the people on the other end of every email and phone call.
Background
Christi graduated from Hope College with a bachelor's degree in English studies and German, and a secondary teaching certificate. She taught in the state of Washington and at South Christian High School, where she taught composition and literature to freshmen. She also taught ESL to children and adults in alternative education programs around the Grand Rapids area.
Professional Experience & Business Development
After teaching for a few years, Christi committed to full-time life at home to raise their children. Interspersed throughout this time was contracted work in photography, music, education, writing, and web optimization, all of which were heavy in administration. She has served in operations and business development capacities in KinetaCore, KinetaCare, and now Tactical Physiotherapy. She has also volunteered in local churches in children's and women's ministry and discipleship, having developed a desire to share with others a love for Christ and living a life of true change and purpose.
Today
Edo and Christi live in Hudsonville near their five grown children and two amazing granddaughters. They enjoy rural living, life at the lake, time outdoors, and serving in their local church family.
