Dr. Edo Zylstra is co-founder of Tactical Physiotherapy and founder of KinetaCare Physiotherapy, bringing over 26 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and dry needling. An Orthopedic Certified Specialist, he focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction rather than managing symptoms.
He has trained clinicians across private practice, corporate healthcare, military environments, and providers working with elite athletes in the NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, UFC, PGA, and Olympic sports. His work is grounded in the belief that the human body is designed to adapt and recover when properly understood.
