As your course date approaches, you’ll also receive an email from ‘Tactical Physiotherapy’ with your in-person course details. You’ll get an immediate confirmation email with your registration details, along with access to Pathwright, our online learning portal — that’s where any pre-course readings, homework, and quizzes live. Your online content is available as soon as you register, so you can start right away. That portal is also where you’ll find course instructions and, once you’ve finished, your certificate of completion.

Yes — our dry needling courses include pre-course content that must be done before day one of the in-person course. You’ll receive access immediately upon registration, so please start early and give yourself plenty of time to work through it. It’s imperative that you complete the online coursework to obtain your certificate. If you do not come to the course with the pre-course work complete, it becomes obvious in your needling labs and application of the techniques — you will need this knowledge to pass competency testing.

We supply lunch!…plus snacks, and all the needles and equipment you’ll need to learn and practice during the course, including a pdf of our course manual. We are also here for ongoing support for you afterward. Bring a laptop/iPad so you can open course materials and complete any online quizzes if not completed—your slides are printed in the manual for note-taking. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the areas we’ll be needling (shoulders, back, legs, etc.). 

For the TP1 course, you may not take it in any stage of pregnancy, due to contraindications and strong precaution. For other courses, contact us immediately. You may be able to take the course if you have someone to come as a ‘body double’ for you to take the dry needling sessions others may need to practice. This person may not be of the professions who are able to obtain certification on the course. Again, please contact us for confirmation and approval. 

We offer discounts for current students (with proof of enrollment) and for military veterans (with proof of service, such as a DD-214 or CAC card). Email us to verify and we’ll send your code.

Plans change, and we try to honor life’s commitments. Cancel more than 30 days before your course for a full refund or a free transfer to another course date — as long as you’ve completed less than 10% of the online pre-course content. If you’ve completed more than 10%, you’re eligible for a transfer rather than a refund, since the online curriculum is a substantial part of the course itself. At 30 days before the course date, you’re eligible for a transfer only. Within 14 days of the course, a cancellation results in a transfer plus a $100 fee. All refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee for credit card transactions.

If your state practice act sets a minimum number of dry needling contact hours, check that first, since it can determine which format you need. TP1 (Foundations) is our entry point, TP1.5 (Bridge) builds on it, and TP2 (Advanced Integration) is coming soon. If you’re not sure where to start, just contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction. 

We cap classes at 10:1 students per instructor or better, so you get plenty of hands-on time and individual feedback…and so we stay compliant with continuing-competency requirements and offer the safest and most quality course experience possible.

Your online materials stay available through 6 months after your course date — so you can prep on your own schedule beforehand and keep revisiting videos, readings, and downloads well after the course wraps. After that window ends, access expires.
